Cool use of map wallpaper

I think it is fair to say I'm a fan of fancy wallpapers, and they don't get much fancier than this: antique wall maps. I particularly love the Paris and London antique wall maps available on wallpapered.com - and they ship to New Zealand!

Salvation Army

Look at this adorable cushion I bought from the Salvation Army today! It is repurposed from an old wool blanket and I particularly love the little salvation army badge sew on it. It cost $8!!!!!

Rustic interiors

A recent request has had me looking at rustic interiors for inspiration. I am not looking to create a space quite like these glamorous rooms (just elements of them) but I thought I'd share some of the lovely images I've come across anyway. They are particularly lovely to look at on a miserable day like this. I would just love to be snuggled up in front of the fire with a fur blanket and a hot chocolate....
